When are your car storage options available?
We’re open all year to meet your car storage needs, offering competitive rates for long-term, short-term, and seasonal options.
On top of this, you can access your vehicle 7 days a week for ultimate convenience (excluding 24th December to 2nd January when we close the site).
Where is your car storage facility located?
We are situated in a discreet, rural location 3.5 miles southwest of Chichester in West Sussex, near the Hampshire border.

What vehicle maintenance services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive vehicle maintenance services via our independent on-site professionals specialising in servicing, body repairs, car detailing, and auto electrics for both classic and modern vehicles.
Access and Security
What security measures are in place to protect my car?
Our site boasts comprehensive security measures, including perimeter fencing and nightly locking of all access points, both at the main entrance and within the compound.
This facility is manned at all times and features state-of-the-art security systems, including 24-hour monitored CCTV with security sensors and lighting, secure perimeter protection and controlled access.
Additionally, our staff are highly trained and experienced in handling valuable vehicles.
Are your car storage facilities insured?
We have comprehensive on-site insurance coverage for vehicles up to £250,000. Storage of higher-value vehicles is available by prior arrangement.
Please note that all customers are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle insurance and updating their insurer about the car’s storage location.
What happens in the event of an emergency?
We have a comprehensive emergency response plan in place with protocols for fire, theft, and other potential incidents so that all customers can have peace of mind.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Our storage buildings are well insulated with dehumidifying units to maintain regular temperature and humidity levels to protect every car from condensation and corrosion.
What car storage size units do you offer?
We offer a variety of unit sizes to accommodate all types of vehicles, from sports cars to SUVs and classic cars.
Please note that some larger vehicles (e.g. limousines or large american cars) may be subject to an increased cost over our standard storage rates.
What car storage options are available?
We offer three tiers of car storage solutions – Bronze, Silver, and Gold – to cater to your specific needs and budget. Each tier is priced differently and provides varying levels of features and benefits, allowing you to choose the perfect fit for your car.
Accessibility and Convenience
Do I have access to my car if I need it?
Yes, our service offers access 7 days a week allowing you to retrieve your car whenever needed.
Due to security protocols involving vehicle movement monitoring, we kindly ask that you provide notice in advance when collecting your car. Our staff will then retrieve your vehicle for a smooth pick-up experience.
Please note that the site is closed over the Christmas & New Year period.
Do you offer any driven car pick up and drop off service?
For your added convenience, we may be able to offer car pick-up and drop-off services. We cater to major travel hubs in the vicinity, including:
Local railway stations: Bosham, Chichester, and Havant
Nearby airports: Bournemouth, Southampton, Gatwick, and Heathrow
Additionally, considering Goodwood’s proximity (only 6 miles away), we can extend the same service to and from this location.

Do you offer any transportation services for picking up or dropping off my car?

Pre-storage Considerations
What type of vehicle preparation is recommended before storage?
We recommend following our pre-storage checklist, which includes cleaning the interior and exterior, topping off fluids, and properly inflating tyres before you store with us.
We do offer on-site valeting and detailing to all customers via our trusted on-site partner.
Do you require any specific insurance coverage for stored vehicles?
All customers must maintain their own car insurance while your vehicle is in storage.
We can recommend a provider for specialised “laid up” insurance policies for cars being stored long-term which are not going to be used.
Customers must also inform their insurance provider of the stored location of their vehicle.
Can I schedule a tour of your facilities?
